I loved the spa facilities, especially the hot tubs and thermal treatments. The gorgeous outdoor spaces are perfect. The freestanding bath in my room was a luxurious touch. Plus, the grounds are beautifully maintained and picturesque!

everything was perfect, including pleasant staff and amazing location in a beautiful setting. the room was top-class and well-appointed with a lovely view of the lake. location: the hotel was short walk to well-maintained gardens beside the grand canal, the cafe restaurant and the entire cliff at lyons experience. moreover, it was 4 km from gate.

The Lily Pond Room was fine! I loved the freestanding bath and the tropical rainwater shower. Super comfy bed, made it hard to get up in the morning. The room had a cozy vibe, and I really enjoyed the view of the lily pond. Just a heads up, shower pressure was a bit low, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

We had an awesome getaway with friends! The outdoor thermal spa was the perfect spot to unwind. We also loved exploring nearby attractions and indulging in the delicious food. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room on a higher floor.

The service was a bit hit or miss. Some staff seemed unfamiliar with their roles, which caused minor delays in ordering drinks.
